Job Description:

Our client is one of the leading Pharmaceutical companies in Pakistan and are involved in the R&D, manufacturing and marketing of lifesaving and other essential medicines. Job Description: • Perform monthly accounts reconciliation • Oversee the daily operations of banks, accounts receivable and accounts payable processes • Lead monthly closing activities, ensure Trial Balance is well maintained and closed in a timely & efficient manner • Prepare Monthly Financial performance reports and variance analysis. • Liaise within organization to obtain reporting requirements. • Assist Managers in the preparation of annual Business plans and long-term projections. • Assist in implementing detailed internal control processes and accounting policies as well as identify any possible risk encounters during daily work and report it on time. • Assist in development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the department and continuous improvement. • Liaise with internal/external auditors. • Be involved in cost analysis that will help to drive cost effectiveness. • Perform such other accounting, financial, or administrative tasks as may be required. Required Skills: • Advanced knowledge of IFRS. • Advanced skills in MS Excel and Word and good overall computer knowledge. • Strong communication skills. • Good time management skills and able to deliver and meet strict deadlines. • Detail oriented, well organized, professional attitude and reliable. • Experience in ERP working environment is preferred. • Personnel with industry experience of 2-3 years is preferred.
