Job Description:
  • Be Responsible for ensuring admin support to the program..
  • Ensure support to the program by developing links with the line departments and facilities the program activities by increasing communication between them..
  • Arrange for travel and stay of project staff
  • Oversee the development, maintenance, repair of project offices and buildings
  • Develop and oversee the maintenance of an efficient filing system for the administration.
  • Over see the systems for and record keeping of incoming and outgoing correspondence for Sc field office level.
  • Any other responsibilities assigned by management.

• Good skills on computer operation, especially on Microsoft Excel,word, outlook
