3. Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Accountant or Engineering.
4. Key Responsibility:
Quotations:
Receive the requisitions from the Department Manager and request quotations from the local suppliers specialized in the relevant Items.
Authorization of quotation:
Prepare the authorizations and send them to suppliers and follow up supply of the required items to the project to ensure that the supply is accomplished satisfactorily.
Supply delivery:
Follow up the supplier and the project to ensure that the supply is made according to the requirements.
Ensure that all the supply procedure are carried out accurately and speedily to ensure delivery of the items in time.
Assessment of supplier:
Assess the performance of the supplier to determine the best of them to expand dealing with them.
Supply Co-ordination:
- Coordinate with the projects and the concerned technical department to limit the procedure and to ensure delivery of the items according to the requirements in the right time.
- Conduct Weekly & Monthly reports to monitor and improve PO process efficiency.
5. Experience:
Fresh graduated. Experience is a plus
6. Competences & skills:
High ethical standard, strong interpersonal skills, influencing and negotiation skills, Fluency in English & Arabic both written and oral, PC literate and able to use relevant software for purchasing process, follow up capability, and discipline.
