KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Description
Performance Indicators
· Manage ISO 9001-2008, HACCP and NADEC GMP standards.
· Documents controlling
· Periodical review and updating of documents for process adequacy.
· Developing internal audit plan & HACCP verification audit plan and coordination with different department with conducting audit.
· Reviewing the root cause and corrective actions on internal audit NCNs.
· Investigate and complete customer complaints.
· Investigate and complete Quality Improvement Records (QIR)
· Ensure that all corrective actions from Customer complaints, QIR and continuous improvements triggers are implemented.
· Liaise with Hygiene supervisor to maintain good hygiene in the site.
· Carryout out audit on GMP, Plant hygiene and personnel hygiene.
· Work with pest control contractor and related department to ensure that site is free from pests.
· Review, create SOPs as necessary.
· Be an active member of HACCP team.
· Data analysis.
· Successful implementation of QMS.
· On-time completion of planned system audits.
· On-time completion of customer complaints.
· On-time completion of QIRs.
· Reduction of non-conformities.
Continual Improvements:
· Plan and execute continual improvement project to enhance quality or reduce losses.
· No of new improvements implemented.
Compliance with policy and procedures:
· Ensure that all duties are conducted in accordance with standard operation procedures as specified in the manufacturers recommendation and/or NADEC Quality Management System
· No deviation in compliance with company standards
Communication:
· Communicate regularly with other departments for quality investigations, implementation of corrective/preventive actions.
· Regular meetings and enthusiastic teamwork.
5. JOB CONTEXT:
· Remotely based at NADEC Haradh Project located 350 km east of Riyadh.
· Six days a week routing working days. Need to be flexible with working hours with intensive work period demanding long hours.
· Job demand analytical thinking, practical experience and effective working relationship with the management.
6. COMMUNICATIONS & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
INTERNAL
· Key relationship with Quality Manager and Quality Service Manager.
· Liaison with other members of production, materials, maintenance, quality, R&D teams responsible for different functional areas for quality investigation. Audits and implementation of corrective/preventive actions.
· Liaison with sales centers for customer complaints.
EXTERNAL
7. FRAMEWORKS, BOUNDARIES,& DECISION MAKING AUTHORITY.
· Responsible for quality investigations, follow up on corrective/preventive action within dairy processing division.
8. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & skills:
· Educated in degree/diploma level in Food/Dairy science or related discipline.
· 3-5 years experience in food or similar industry.
· Clear written and spoken English.
· Knowledge of ISO 9001-2000 and HACCP
· Working knowledge in Microsoft office.
· Experience in root cause analysis.
· Knowledge on continual improvements.
· Knowledge on OPM will be added qualification.
