The slave and the lion

        This is the story of Roman period.At that time the slaves were treated cruelly.Among the lot of slaves,a slave could not hear the ferocity of his cruel master.He ran away and took refuge in a jungle.One day he heard a growl behind the bush.Frightening he watched into the bush.There he saw a lion.It was moaning.A thorn penetrated into its paws.The slave took pity on the lion.He took out thee thorn from its paws.It reduced the pain of lion.After healing the wound,the lion vanished in the jungle.
         After some days,the slave was caught by his master.The slave was taken to the court.On the day of execution of punishment,a big crowd gathered.A big lion and the slave brought into the ground.The lion was set free upon the slave.Instead of hurting the slave,it started licking his feet.The crowd witnessed that strange sight.In fact it was the same lion which to whom the slave had helped at the jungle.The slave told the whole story to his master,who was much impressed to see the seen.The master rewarded the slave by by setting him free.
